Camping vs Glamping
When it comes to outdoor adventures, there’s nothing quite like immersing yourself in nature. But how you experience it can vary wildly depending on your approach. Are you someone who thrives on the rugged simplicity of traditional camping—pitching a tent, cooking over a fire, and truly roughing it? Or do you prefer the comfort and convenience of glamping, where luxury meets the great outdoors? In this post, we’ll dive into the key differences between camping and glamping, exploring the pros and cons of each to help you decide which adventure suits your style. Whether you’re a minimalist at heart or crave a cozy retreat under the stars, there’s a world of possibility waiting outside your door.
Camping or Glamping you can’t go wrong with either one. I’ve done both and I enjoyed doing both.
Camping is more work, but it is just as fun. You are essentially creating the atmosphere you are comfortable with. I must admit, we cheated while camping. We had a generator, and we brought our tv and string lights. Other than that, everything else was true to real camping! If you are on a boat, you can find an island that’s all your own. You can play your music as loud as you want for as long as you want, it's your island.. Do you!!. If you go by car, there are parks around the lake that offer campgrounds, be mindful, there are rules to follow. Camping, you are bringing all the essentials. Items and cost can really add up. The best part is you only have to buy most of the essentials once....so get good items

Glamping is defined as upscale camping! Something you would enjoy with your girlfriends or a weekend with your favorite couples. The major difference between glamping and camping is that glamping has everything set up for you. You only need to bring some essentials(not the entire list above) and some items you may want to bring. The glamping site already has a waterproof tent that is elevated off the ground on a wooden platform and set up for you...sidenote (one night while there, we had a heavy rainstorm to come through, not a drop of rain came into the tent.)
Here are other amenities that are provided
