Return and Refund Policy

 Returns

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

• Items such as final sale items are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons or as indicated at the time of purchase.

• Proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt, is required.

Process

1. Contact our customer service team at wearelaketime@gmail.com to initiate a return.

2. We’ll provide you with a return authorization and shipping label. 

3. Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund.

Refunds

• Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

• Shipping fees and handling costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item.

Exchanges

We do not currently process direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at wearelaketime@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll resolve the issue promptly, including covering return shipping costs.
