Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/4 cup celery, diced
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup onion, diced
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 3/4 cup Hellmann's Buffalo Ranch Sauce
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce
  • 3 tablespoons plain cream cheese
  • 1 cup Buffalo Ranch Monterey Jack cheese, freshly grated
  • 1–2 tablespoons minced garlic, to taste
  • 1–2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning, to taste
  • Additional Buffalo Ranch Monterey Jack cheese for topping, optional
  • Chopped celery for garnish, optional
  • Tortilla chips or celery sticks, for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the ground chicken and cook for about 4 minutes, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  3. Add the diced celery, red bell pepper, and onion.
  4. Continue cooking until the vegetables have softened and the chicken is almost completely cooked.
  5. Drain any excess grease from the skillet, then return the chicken and vegetables to the pan.
  6. Sprinkle in the flour and stir well. Cook for about 2 minutes, or until the chicken is completely cooked and no longer pink.
  7. Reduce the heat to low.
  8. Add the cream cheese and stir until it begins to melt into the chicken mixture.
  9. Add the Buffalo Ranch Sauce, hot sauce, minced garlic, and Cajun seasoning.
  10. Stir until everything is thoroughly combined and creamy.
  11. Add the Buffalo Ranch Monterey Jack cheese and stir until completely melted.
  12. Serve straight from the skillet, or transfer the dip to an oven-safe baking dish and sprinkle additional cheese over the top.
  13. If adding extra cheese, place in a 375°F oven just until the cheese is hot and melted.
  14. Garnish with additional chopped celery, if desired.
  15. Serve warm with tortilla chips or celery sticks.

Say Your Grace and Enjoy!! ❤️🌶️🧀

Lake Vibes Note

Can’t find Buffalo Ranch Monterey Jack cheese? No worries! Just use plain Monterey Jack cheese instead. The Buffalo Ranch Sauce and hot sauce already bring plenty of bold buffalo flavor to the dip. ❤️🌶️🧀
