Pasta & Seasonings
- 1 (1-pound) box fettuccine, or your favorite pasta
- CRAVE Cajun Seasoning, to taste
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- Hot sauce, to taste
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced Cajun sausage and sauté for about 4 minutes per side, or until cooked through and nicely browned.
- Remove the sausage from the skillet and place it on a paper towel-lined plate to absorb the excess grease.
- Add the crawfish to the same skillet and sauté for about 1 minute. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- Add the butter and olive oil to the skillet.
- Once the butter has melted, add the peppers, celery, onions, and mushrooms. Sauté for about 3 minutes, then add the fresh minced garlic and sauté briefly until fragrant.
- Add the chicken broth, heavy cream, tomato paste, herb paste, and 2 tablespoons CRAVE Cajun Seasoning. Stir well.
- Cook until the sauce begins to boil, then reduce the heat.
- Stir in the Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses. Continue stirring until the cheeses are completely melted and the sauce is creamy.
- Return the sausage to the skillet and allow the sauce to simmer while the pasta cooks.
- Cook the fettuccine according to the package directions. Once done, drain well.
- Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss everything together until the pasta is well coated.
- Gently add the crawfish and mix into the pasta.
- Taste and adjust the Cajun seasoning, cayenne, hot sauce, salt, and pepper as desired.
