Crispy Shrimp Sliders | Easy Seafood Burger Recipe

Juicy, tender shrimp are perfectly blended and formed into flavorful patties, then fried to golden perfection. Each slider is stacked with your favorite burger toppings and finished with a creamy, zesty spread that takes it over the top. It's a bite-sized seafood twist on a classic burger—absolutely delicious and sure to be a favorite!

Ingredients

Shrimp Patties

  • 2 lbs raw shrimp, peeled, deveined, cleaned, and patted dry
  • 1 tablespoon fresh minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon CRAVE Cajun Seasoning
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil, or enough for frying
  • 10 slices bacon, cooked
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Sliced tomatoes
  • Sliced red onions
  • Slider buns
  • Butter, for toasting the buns

Spicy Cajun Spread

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup Sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon CRAVE Cajun Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Make the Spicy Cajun Spread

  1. Combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, Sriracha, CRAVE Cajun Seasoning, and garlic powder in a small bowl.
  2. Mix well and set aside.

Make the Shrimp Patties

  1. Add the shrimp to a food processor and pulse until finely ground.
  2. Transfer the ground shrimp to a bowl.
  3. Add the minced garlic, CRAVE Cajun Seasoning, and panko breadcrumbs. Mix until well combined.
  4. Form the shrimp mixture into small patties sized to fit your slider buns.
  5. Place the patties in the refrigerator and chill for 1 hour.
  6. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  7. Carefully add the shrimp patties to the skillet without overcrowding the pan. Cook in batches if necessary.
  8. Cook for about 5–6 minutes per side, or until golden brown and the center reaches 145°F.
  9. Remove the cooked patties from the skillet and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to absorb the excess oil.

 

Build the Sliders

  1. Lightly butter the slider buns and toast until golden.
  2. Spread the Spicy Cajun Spread onto the toasted buns.
  3. Add a shrimp patty, crispy bacon, shredded lettuce, and sliced tomato.
  4. Add the top bun and serve while warm.
