- 1 lb shrimp, cleaned, deveined, and patted dry
- 6 oz petite potatoes, cut in half
- 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 yellow onion, diced
- 11 oz fresh spinach
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- McCormick Montreal Steak Seasoning, to taste
- Garlic powder, to taste
- Onion powder, to taste
- CRAVE Cajun Seasoning, to taste
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Optional Creamy Sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup half-and-half
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- McCormick Montreal Steak Seasoning, to taste
- Garlic powder, to taste
- Onion powder, to taste
- CRAVE Cajun Seasoning, to taste
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cut the petite potatoes in half.
- Place the potatoes in a pot of water and parboil for about 7–10 minutes, or until just fork-tender. You want them tender but still firm enough to hold their shape.
- Drain well and allow the potatoes to sit for a few minutes so the excess moisture can evaporate. This will help them get nice and crispy in the skillet.
- Season the potatoes with Montreal Steak Seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder. Set aside.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the sliced ribeye with Montreal Steak Seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Add the steak to the hot skillet and cook for about 6–8 minutes, or until it reaches your preferred doneness.
- Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
9. Season the shrimp with CRAVE Cajun Seasoning.
10. Add the shrimp to the same skillet and cook for about 3 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Be careful not to overcook.
11. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
12.Reduce the heat to medium and add the butter and olive oil.
13. Place the parboiled potatoes cut-side down in the skillet.
14. Cook the potatoes undisturbed for about 5–7 minutes, or until the cut sides are golden brown and crispy.
15. Add to the potatoes the diced yellow onion and red bell pepper and cook until softened.
16. Add the fresh spinach and gently stir until wilted.
17. Return the cooked steak and shrimp to the skillet and gently mix everything together.
18. Remove the steak, shrimp, potato, and vegetable mixture from the skillet and keep warm.
Optional Creamy Sauce
- Using the same skillet, add the diced onion and cook for about 2 minutes.
- Add the butter and flour. Stir together and cook for about 2 minutes.
- Slowly whisk in the beef broth and half-and-half until smooth.
- Season with Montreal Steak Seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, CRAVE Cajun Seasoning, salt, and black pepper to taste.
- Simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has thickened to your liking.
- Serve the creamy sauce over the steak, shrimp, crispy potatoes, and vegetables, or serve it on the side.
Say Your Grace and Enjoy!! ❤️🥩🍤🥔
