Seafood Biscuit Bites
- 1/2 pound shrimp, peeled, deveined, and cleaned
- 5 ounces crab meat
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Butter, for sautéing
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup scallions, diced
- 1 tablespoon CRAVE Italian Seasoning, plus more to taste
- Garlic powder, to taste
- Onion powder, to taste
- Sweet paprika, to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh minced garlic
- 1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
- 1 box Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
Creamy Romano Sauce
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Seasoning packet from the Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix
- 1 tablespoon fresh minced garlic
- Onion powder, to taste
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
For Finishing
- Melted butter, for brushing
- Chopped scallions or chives, optional

Prepare the Seafood
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Heat the olive oil and a little butter in a sauté pan over medium heat.
- Season the shrimp with some of the CRAVE Italian Seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and sweet paprika.
- Add the shrimp to the pan and sauté until cooked through, about 5 minutes.
- Remove the shrimp from the pan, give them a rough chop, and set aside.
- Add the red bell pepper and scallions to the same pan. Sauté until softened, adding a little more olive oil or butter if needed.
- Add the crab meat and stir just until heated through.
- Remove the pan from the heat and add the chopped shrimp back to the mixture.

Make the Seafood Biscuit Bites
- Transfer the seafood mixture to a large mixing bowl.
- Add 1/2 cup grated Romano cheese.
- Add the Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix, 3/4 cup heavy cream, 1 tablespoon fresh minced garlic, and 1 tablespoon CRAVE Italian Seasoning.
- Mix until just combined. Don't overmix.
- Taste and adjust the seasonings to your preference.
- Form the mixture into balls.
- Lightly spray a baking sheet with cooking spray and arrange the biscuit bites on the pan, leaving a little space between each one.
- Bake at 425°F for about 20 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.

Make the Creamy Romano Sauce
- While the biscuits are baking, melt 1 tablespoon butter in a sauté pan over low heat.
- Add the seasoning packet from the Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, onion powder, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1 teaspoon black pepper.
- Whisk everything together until incorporated.
- Pour in 1 cup heavy cream and increase the heat to medium-low.
- Once the sauce begins to lightly boil, add 1/2 cup grated Romano cheese.
- Whisk until the cheese is completely melted and the sauce is smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust the seasonings as needed, then remove from the heat.

Finish & Serve
- Remove the golden-brown seafood biscuit bites from the oven.
- Brush the tops with melted butter.
- Drizzle the warm creamy Romano sauce over the top.
- Garnish with chopped scallions or chives, if desired.
