Instructions
Cook the Seafood
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add 2 tablespoons butter and a little olive oil.
- Once the butter has melted, season the shrimp with CRAVE Signature and CRAVE Cajun Seasoning.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and sauté until just cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- Season the bay scallops with CRAVE Signature and CRAVE Cajun Seasoning. Add them to the same skillet, adding a little more butter and olive oil if needed.
- Sauté the scallops until cooked through, then remove and set aside.
- Add the cooked crab meat and mussels to the skillet just long enough to warm them and pick up some of the flavor from the pan.
- Remove and set aside with the other seafood.
Make the Garlic Butter Wine Sauce
- Add 1 tablespoon butter and a little olive oil to the same skillet.
- Add the diced yellow bell pepper and sauté for about 2–3 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute, just until fragrant.
- Sprinkle the flour over the peppers and garlic and stir until combined.
- Pour in the Chardonnay while whisking continuously.
- Cook for about 2–3 minutes, or until the wine has reduced by about half.
- Add the chicken broth.
- Season with CRAVE Signature Seasoning, CRAVE Cajun Seasoning, CRAVE Italian Seasoning, and a little cayenne pepper to taste.
- Stir and bring the sauce to a gentle boil, then reduce the heat and simmer.
Cook the Pasta & Finish
- While the sauce is simmering, cook the thin spaghetti according to the package directions.
- Drain the pasta when done.
- Allow the sauce to simmer for about 10 minutes so the flavors come together and the sauce reduces slightly.
- Return the shrimp and scallops to the sauce and gently stir.
- Add the crab meat and mussels and cook everything together for just 2–3 minutes, or until all the seafood is heated through.
- Add the drained thin spaghetti to the skillet and gently toss until coated in the Chardonnay garlic sauce.
- Taste and adjust the seasonings if needed.
- Garnish with sliced scallions and serve hot.
