Ingredients
Seafood Filling
- 1/2 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1/2 cup crab claw meat
- 1/4 cup scallions, chopped
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper, diced
- 1 teaspoon fresh minced garlic
- 3/4 container (7.5 ounce) Philadelphia Garlic & Herb Cream Cheese
- Chopped stems from the mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon CRAVE Cajun Seasoning
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Mushrooms
- 1 (8-ounce) container fresh whole mushrooms, cleaned with stems removed
- 1/4 cup Colby Jack cheese, or your favorite melting cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven or grill to 375°F.
- Add the chopped shrimp, crab meat, scallions, red pepper, minced garlic, garlic & herb cream cheese, chopped mushroom stems, CRAVE Cajun Seasoning, and Parmesan cheese to a bowl.
- Mix until everything is well combined.

4.Generously fill each mushroom cap with the seafood mixture.
5. Arrange the stuffed mushrooms in a baking dish or grill-safe pan and cover with foil.
6. Bake or grill at 375°F for about 30–40 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is heated through.
7. Remove the foil and sprinkle the Colby Jack cheese over the tops.
8. If using the oven, switch to broil and cook just until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Keep an eye on them so the cheese doesn't burn.
9. Remove from the heat and allow the mushrooms to cool for about 10 minutes before serving.

Bonus Recipe

Cut jalapenos down the center lengthwise
Remove seeds
Fill the pepper with the filling
Wrap with bacon
Bake (do not cover) for about 25 minutes
Turn oven temp to broil
Broil until bacon has color and is crispy (about 2 minutes)
