Seafood Tortellini
This dish is a must have when we have cousin day at the lake. My cousin Shelby requests it each time…I hope your family enjoy it as much as mine! It’s a rich and satisfying dish that’s perfect for a family gathering or special occasion. Tender cheese-stuffed tortellini is paired with succulent shrimp and scallops, all bathed in a luscious sauce made with heavy cream, Swiss, and Gruyère cheeses.
