4 Cheese Lasagna

This Four-Cheese Lasagna is the ultimate comfort food, packed with layers of flavor and hearty goodness. Ingredients

13x9 Pan 

24 oz Ground Beef 

24 oz Ground Italian Sausage 

1 Large Onion (diced) 

½ Green Pepper (diced) 

1 Tbsp Garlic (Minced) 

1 pack McCormick Spaghetti Seasoning 

1 Small Can Tomato Paste 

1 Jar Prego Tomato Basil Garlic Sauce 

2 Tbsp With Love Italian Seasoning 

2 Tbsp With Love All Purpose Seasoning 

1 Tbsp Dried Basil 

1 Tbsp Dried Thyme 

1 Tsp Dried Oregano 

15 oz Container Ricotta Cheese 

2 ½ Cups of Mozzarella Cheese 

1 Cup Parmesan Cheese 

1 Cup Colby Jack Mixed Cheese

Steps to prepare

Preheat oven to 350 degrees 

In a large skillet cook first 4 ingredients until done 

Drain and return to the pan and mix in the next 9 ingredients 

Mix well cover and simmer for 30 minutes 

While your sauce is simmering cook your lasagna (*12 noodles should be enough) 

Once noodles are done and have been drained 

Add them back to the pot and add cold water to cool them 


Now let's build this lasagna! 

Spray your pan with spray 

Bottom Layer: meat sauce. *not a thick layer 

Next Layer: Lasagna  

Next Layer: Spread a layer of ricotta cheese 

Next Layer: Spread some mozzarella. parm and colby jack cheese (*not all of it, we are making 3 layers

*Repeat 2 times ending with your cheese*

Cover with foil and bake for about 30 minutes 

Remove foil from top 

Broil for about 4-5 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and have color 

Let sit about 15 minutes
