Shrimp & Crab Stuffed Mushrooms 

Stuffed mushrooms with shrimp and crab are a luxurious appetizer or side dish that combines the sweetness of seafood with the earthy flavor of mushrooms. The tender mushroom caps act as perfect vessels for a creamy, savory filling. This dish is not only visually impressive but also easy to prepare, making it ideal for dinner parties, holiday gatherings, or even as a treat for yourself. It’s a bite-sized indulgence that delivers a delightful balance of textures and flavors.


Ingredients

Preheat oven to 375 degrees


1/2 cup Shrimp (cooked and chopped)

1/2 cup Crab Claw

1/4 cup Scallions

1/4 cup Red Pepper

1 tsp Garlic(minced)

5.2 ounce Boursin Caramelized Onion Cream Cheese

3 ounce Philadelphia Garlic and Herb Cream Cheese

Stems from the Mushrooms(chopped)

1 tbsp With Love Cajun Seasoning

1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese

2 tbsp Colby Jack Cheese

8 ounce Container Whole  Mushrooms (fresh.cleaned.stems removed)

1/4 cup Colby Jack(or any other cheese to melt)


Steps to prepare

Add first 11 ingredients to a bowl 

Mix well

Fill mushroom caps

Cover with foil 

Bake for about 30-40 minutes or until mushrooms have cooked and mixture is heated

Remove foil

Add Cheese to the top

Cover and Broil until cheese has melted

Remove let sit about 10 minutes to cool

** if you have extra filling like I always do, you can use the additional to stuff jalapenos**

**Bonus Recipe**

Cut jalapenos down the center lengthwise

Remove seeds

Fill the pepper with the filling

Wrap with bacon

Bake (do not cover) for about 25 minutes 

Turn oven temp to broil

Broil until bacon has color and is crispy (about 2 minutes)
