4 Eggs
1 cup Vanilla Spice Eggnog
1/2 cup Half and Half or Milk
1/2 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Tbsp Margarine
8 Slices Brioche Bread (older bread works better...about 4 days old)
6 oz Package Chopped Pecans
Topping
1/2 Stick Softened Butter
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Container Philadelphia Brown Sugar and Cinnamon Cream Cheese (softened)
7 tsps. Crown Royal Vanilla (optional) or use eggnog
Mix everything together set aside
Whip first 5 ingredients together in container
Heat a skillet to medium low
Rub margarine to coat the bottom of the pan
While skillet is heating
Dip bread in eggnog mixture coating both sides
Let excess drip off
Place coated bread in skillet and cook
Cook until golden brown...about 7-8 minutes per side or until golden brown
Flip and repeat
Once done remove from heat onto a plate
Drizzle topping over
Add Pecans
Garnish with powdered sugar (optional)
Serve with syrup (optional)
